Mr. Brady Says… Something About LOB

Contrary to popular belief the term LOB stands for Left On Base.  I always thought it was Lamb Over Bacon, a rule similar to your human saying, “liquor before beer, you’re in the clear.”

whatever.. he’s almost bacon

Anyways, LOB tallies how many runners are still on base when the opposing team gets their three outs, or in fancy jargon, when a baserunner has not scored nor been put out at the end of the half-inning.

This episode of Mr Brady dropping the knowledge on you has been brought you by his love of Beggin’ Strips.
